City Bikes

City bikes are measured from the center of the crank (or bottom bracket) to the top of the seat tube (ST). City bike frame sizing is generally measured in centimeters (cm).

To measure your leg length / inseam (I), stand straight and put a book between your legs, with it's spine firmly up against your crotch. Have someone measure from the floor to the spine of the book.

Mountain Bikes

BMX bikes are measured from the center of the seat tube to center of the head tube (TT). BMX bike frame sizing is generally measured in inches (in).

To measure your height (H), stand against the wall and put a book to the top of your head. Mark the place on the wall where the bottom of the box is resting. Measure from the floor to the mark with a measuring tape.

Kids Bikes

Children bike sizing is generally measured by the diameter of the front wheel, in inches (in).

To measure your height (H), stand against the wall and put a book to the top of your head. Mark the place on the wall where the bottom of the box is resting. Measure from the floor to the mark with a measuring tape.
